We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return matches our eligibility return requirements, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for shipping back the item and the shipping fees. You have the option to purchase a label and ship it back yourself.

When the item is received, you will receive a refund for the item minus the shipping fee paid to originally ship the item to you which is a minimum of $5.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Summer Shipping Information
During the summer months please choose priority shipping and an ice pack for any orders with toothpaste or balms. These items tend to melt during shipping.
These orders will not be replaced or refunded due to melting if priority shipping isn't used.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on any opened product at this time. Having a possible intolerance or sensitivity to one or more ingredients in a formula does not deem the product defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. See above return instructions. No exchanges are allowed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the shipping fees. see above return instructions.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
